Synopsis
Boo! A Madea Halloween (2016) is Tyler Perry's horror-comedy that you can watch online on iFILM. Perry writes, directs, and plays Madea — the indestructible, unfiltered grandmother who has terrorised her own family members across a dozen films and is now deployed as a babysitter on the one night she least wants to be outside.
The setup is simple: an anxious father (Perry again, as Brian) hires Madea to keep his teenage daughter away from a college frat party. The street, naturally, fills up with zombies, clowns, ghosts, and a general Halloween chaos that rattles everyone except Madea herself. Cassi Davis and Patrice Lovely join her as the older generation holding things together, while a roster of social-media personalities from 2016 — Bella Thorne, Lilly Singh, Yousef Erakat — fills out the teen side.
The film is far more farce than fright. Madea as a character doesn't fit inside horror-movie logic; she's louder than any jump scare and entirely unbothered by the supernatural.
