Brandy, a nursing-home aide, hits a homeless man with her car — and instead of calling 911, she leaves him wedged in her windshield, still breathing, locked in her garage. Getting caught means losing the promotion she has spent years waiting for. Tom, on the other hand, refuses to quietly die. Two people from opposite ends of nowhere find their fates jammed together by one terrible decision.
