Lightning Jack

Lightning Jack (1994) is Simon Wincer's comic Western, ready to watch online on iFILM. Jack Kane dreams of becoming a Wild West legend, but two things keep tripping him up: he's a clumsy robber, and he's badly nearsighted.

After yet another botched holdup, Jack grabs mute young Ben Doyle (Cuba Gooding Jr.) as a hostage and ends up with a loyal sidekick and apprentice instead. Paul Hogan, fresh off Crocodile Dundee, plays the lovable loser who cares far more about a good reputation than the actual loot, with Beverly D'Angelo as the woman who puts up with his nonsense.
