Synopsis

The setup here is overtly political: Detective Forrester wants to run the city and decides that a squad of human telepaths makes the perfect enforcement tool. His partner Dr. Morse has a drug that keeps them obedient, at the cost of burning out their abilities over time. David Hewlett plays David Kellum, a young scanner who has no idea what he is — until Forrester recruits him and the walls start coming down.
