Synopsis
Pawn Shop Chronicles (2013) is an American dark action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Wayne Kramer. The film runs three interconnected stories through a single small-town pawn shop counter — and the cast alone is reason enough to show up: Paul Walker, Elijah Wood, Norman Reedus, Brendan Fraser, and Matt Dillon each get their own wild corner of the story.
A husband spots his missing wife's ring in the display case. A pair of meth-heads stumble into something they can't walk away from. An Elvis impersonator gets pulled down a road that has nothing to do with Graceland. The shop is just the thread; what ties the stories together is the particular brand of rural despair that turns ugly fast.
