The fourth entry in the Royal Warrior franchise, starring Cynthia Khan alongside an early Donnie Yen.

Two detectives pursue a drug-trafficking ring with international intelligence ties. Their partner is killed mid-investigation, and the only witness is Luk, a dock worker who happened to be there when an operative was murdered. The dying man hands Luk a roll of incriminating film — which Luk promptly loses. Now both the police and hired killers are hunting him, and he has no idea what he's carrying or why it matters.
