Wandering Stars

Wandering Stars (Les Étoiles vagabondes, 2019) is a French music documentary you can watch online on iFILM, co-directed by Syrine Boulanouar and French rapper Nekfeu. The film covers the making of his third studio album across four countries — Paris, Japan, Greece, and the United States — and runs 86 minutes without padding.

This isn't a concert film or a press-friendly behind-the-scenes package. Nekfeu is both subject and co-author, and the camera stays close enough to catch the actual shape of the sessions: tracks taking form, collaborators Damso and Doums drifting in and out, the sound shifting as the geography does.
