Synopsis

Mikael does night calls across the rougher arrondissements of Paris — patients nobody else will see: addicts, the homeless, people in quiet emergencies. His pharmacist cousin has been pressing him to write fraudulent Subutex prescriptions, and Mikael has been saying yes long enough that it stopped feeling like a decision. In one night, everything shifts at once: his private life falls apart, and he decides he cannot keep going as he is. Getting out will cost him.
