Synopsis
My Blind Brother (2016) is an indie comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM, and its setup is wonderfully petty. Robbie is a blind athlete, a beloved local hero raising money with charity runs. The catch: his older brother Bill does all the training, all the work, and once caused the accident that took Robbie's sight in the first place.
Drowning in guilt and resentment, Bill meets Rose, a woman running from her own bad behavior, and they click. Then Rose starts dating Robbie. Adam Scott, Nick Kroll and Jenny Slate play the triangle with zero sugar, mining real awkwardness and dark laughs out of one nasty question: who in a family gets permission to be the miserable one.
