City Under the Sea (1965) is a British-American sci-fi adventure you can watch online on iFILM. Vincent Price plays the tyrannical Captain, a man so long removed from daylight that whatever warmth he once had has calcified into cold control. David Tomlinson — Mr. Banks in Mary Poppins just one year earlier — plays comic foil.
