Quid Pro Quo

An anonymous tip sends him out to investigate a story he can barely process: healthy, able-bodied people paying doctors to have their limbs amputated. Vera Farmiga plays Fiona, who draws Isaac into that closed world, and the story stops feeling like a professional assignment fairly fast.
