Synopsis
Spider Forest (거미숲, 2004) is a Korean psychological thriller from Song Il-gon you can watch online on iFILM. TV producer Kang Min walks into a remote cabin deep in the woods and finds two people butchered — his girlfriend and a colleague. He glimpses someone watching from the trees and gives chase, only to be knocked out and later hit by a speeding car.
From there the story stops behaving. Kang Min wakes in a hospital unsure which of his memories are real and which his mind has stitched together. Gam Woo-sung plays a man hunting a killer while trusting neither the police nor his own recollection. The forest of the title isn't a crime scene so much as a trap of consciousness, where grief and hallucination tangle like webbing.
Song Il-gon builds not a whodunit with a tidy solution but a slow, anxious dream about guilt and loss. It rewards viewers willing to assemble the plot from fragments and sit in the fog until the end. Watch Spider Forest (2004) online on iFILM.
