Romancham

Soubin Shahir, Arjun Ashokan and Chemban Vinod Jose lead the ensemble, and first-time director Jithu Madhavan films it all with the breathless rhythm of a story told over drinks.

Set back in 2007 and spun from a real-life anecdote, the film became a surprise word-of-mouth hit — proof that a low-budget comedy about boredom and superstition can land harder than any polished scare.
