Munkkivuori (2022) is a Finnish crime drama series you can watch online on iFILM, set in an early-1980s Helsinki suburb where a young child vanishes and the local police response falls well short of what the parents need.

With little help coming from the authorities, the parents begin their own investigation — one that pulls other neighbourhood residents in and moves into territory none of them had planned on. Directors Jani Volanen and Saara Saarela tell part of the story through the children of the suburb, who piece things together faster than the adults admit.
