Danny is a traffic cop who projects easy confidence. His wife Becka teaches yoga and never lets the smile slip. A few shared dinners, some conversations over the fence — and then Danny and Evie cross a line nobody planned to cross. After that, each of the four runs a private agenda. Eleanor Tomlinson (Poldark) and Sam Heughan hold the ensemble together; Sam Palladio and Annabel Scholey fill in the other half of a story that keeps its real shape hidden until the end.
