Oxen (2023) is a Danish crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Niels Oxen holds Denmark's highest military decoration. He also just got dishonourably discharged, arrested on drugs charges, and is now living off the grid in Rold Forest with nothing left to lose.

Then a local landowner turns up dead nearby, and Oxen is the prime suspect. Intelligence chief Frigg Mossman offers a deal: go undercover for her — off the books, completely outside her own agency's knowledge — and the charges disappear. Oxen takes it, partly to clear his name, partly because the death of his closest friend on a mission in Mali still hasn't been explained. Jacob Lohmann plays Oxen; the series is directed by Jannik Johansen and Søren Balle.
