12+Season 12
Synopsis
Agatha Christie's Poirot (1989), Season 12 is here to watch online on iFILM — four feature-length mysteries from 2010, David Suchet still wearing the moustache.
The season adapts four of Christie's heavier novels. It opens at a party thrown by Poirot's old friend, actor Sir Charles Cartwright, where a guest chokes to death on a cocktail and then a second man dies the very same way. A village Hallowe'en follows: a girl brags that she once saw a murder, and by night's end she is found drowned in the apple-bobbing tub. After that comes the snowbound train in Croatia and the American stabbed behind a locked compartment door. The run closes with four stopped clocks around a nameless body in a blind woman's parlour.
Suchet is steering the role toward the end of nearly two decades in it. The mood sits darker than the early seasons, trading drawing-room wit for real moral weight. The Orient Express episode alone earns the watch. Stream Poirot Season 12 online on iFILM.
