Synopsis
Agatha Christie's Poirot (1989), Season 6 is four feature-length cases you can watch online on iFILM — back to full novel adaptations, and it opens on Christmas.
In Hercule Poirot's Christmas, the tyrannical patriarch Simeon Lee gathers his family at his country house, hires Poirot without explaining why, and is soon murdered with his diamonds gone. From there the season keeps pulling everyone out of London: petty thefts at a student hostel run by Miss Lemon's sister turn deadly in Hickory Dickory Dock; Hastings' golfing trip to France ends with a body in a fresh bunker on the links; and a holiday at Lake Windermere is cut short when an elderly widow is poisoned with phosphorus. Christmas, sport, a getaway — and not one quiet trip among them.

Poirot and Hastings are on holiday in Deauville and receive a visit from Paul Renauld, who believes he's being cheated by Chileans. Renauld is kidnapped and his body is later found buried in a new golf bunker. French detective Giraud unwisely challenges Poirot to catch the killer before he can.
S6·E4Dumb Witness
Poirot and Hastings are at Lake Windermere for an attempt on the world speed-boat record. An elderly widow is hurt by falling down stairs, then later killed by poisoning with phosphorus.
