Synopsis
Overheard 3 (竊聽風雲3, 2014) is the finale of Hong Kong's wiretapping crime trilogy — watch it online on iFILM. Directors Alan Mak and Felix Chong reunite Louis Koo, Lau Ching-wan and Daniel Wu for a story about land, power and what people say when they think no one is listening.
Lau did five years for a fatal car crash that, by most accounts, was set up. The man who benefited was tycoon Luk, now running a real-estate empire with a right-hand man quietly building his own agenda. Out of prison and out of options, Lau teams with a tech-savvy ex-cellmate to bug their phones. What he hears reframes everything — and puts him in the middle of a play that could rewrite Hong Kong's development landscape for good.
