For now it's summer — friends, lazy afternoons, and a boyfriend a few years older. She keeps the relationship hidden because the neighbors talk and her parents would not approve. The secret turns out to carry more weight than she expected. Alemany keeps the camera close, tracking small gestures and looks that other films about adolescence tend to cut away from.
