Naked and Afraid (2013) is an American survival reality series you can watch online if you like your extremes stripped bare. Two strangers, one man and one woman, are dropped into the wild with nothing on: jungle, swamp, desert, or savanna. No food, no water, no clothes.

Each gets a single item of their choice — a knife, a pot, a fire starter. Then comes 21 days in terrain where snakes, hunger, insects, and dehydration grind harder than any script could. The pair has to find water, build a fire, rig a shelter, and not turn on each other, and the mind often cracks before the body does. Contestants are given a Primitive Survival Rating before and after, and that number quietly tells you who the wild broke and who it toughened.
