Synopsis
All the Pretty Horses (2000) is a western drama directed by Billy Bob Thornton that you can watch online on iFILM, adapted from Cormac McCarthy's novel — the opening book of his Border Trilogy. Matt Damon plays John Grady Cole, a young Texan who rides south into Mexico in 1949 after his family's ranch is sold out from under him, with his friend Lacey Rawlins alongside.
They find work at a grand hacienda where Cole's natural gift with horses earns instant respect. Then he falls hard for the rancher's daughter, played by Penélope Cruz. That attachment, beautiful and reckless, sets off a chain of events that lands both men in a Mexican prison far from any help.
