Synopsis

Diego is a fashion photographer whose life unravels in the span of days. His partner ends up in a coma, and almost simultaneously he gets word that his teenage son Armando is coming from Spain — a kid he barely knows. Armando has no frame of reference for his father's world. Diego has never figured out how to be a parent. They get dropped into the same apartment and have to work it out from there.
The film took home a Goya Award for Best Ibero-American Film and served as Venezuela's entry for the Academy Award in the foreign language film category. Ferrari keeps the camera close and skips the easy lessons — what he builds instead is a slow, uncomfortable picture of two people who share blood and almost nothing else.
