Doctor (2023) is a Russian drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Artyom Temnikov and starring the late Sergei Puskepalis — he died in September 2022, and the film came out posthumously. He plays Ivan Khristoforov, a psychiatrist who runs an adolescent neuropsychiatric ward and treats his patients less with medication than with attention.

One night, a teenager nearly dies. Staff suspect the kids have been playing a blackout choking game — silent, almost invisible. Khristoforov sets out to find who started it, then realizes that naming the person is the easy part. What comes after is the actual work: understanding what broke the kid and giving them something to hold on to. The ward holds four very different teenagers, and the film refuses to flatten any of them.
