Synopsis
"Domokhozyain" (2025) is a Russian comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Police detective Anton Shatalin from the town of Semiorsk knows how to catch criminals. What he does not know is how to cook dinner, help with homework, or hold the household together. Then his wife vanishes without a word, and all of that becomes his problem.
Shatalin has to keep up his active caseload while figuring out parenting in real time. The ensemble — including Mikhail Porechenkov and Sergei Gazarov as his colleagues — keeps the chaos warm rather than frantic. The kids are not easy. The apartment is never clean. The job does not pause.
