Uni. 13 Years Later (Универ. 13 лет спустя, 2024) is the comedy continuation of a cult Russian sitcom, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Same characters — except now they've got mortgages, growing kids and fresh excuses to land in awkward situations. The student dorm is long behind them. The talent for trouble isn't.

Three more years have passed since we last left the gang, and everyone's life has been reshuffled. Kristina has moved to Israel with her child, Anton suddenly has a grown daughter, Michael and Varya's relationship has cracked after an affair, and Valya and Masha are counting every kopeck. Then Kuzya turns up back in Moscow — officially to expand his business, though his real reasons are a good deal less businesslike. The old crew is together again, and nobody's life gets any calmer for it.

The cast brings back Vitaly Gogunsky as the irrepressible Kuzya, alongside Ararat Keshchyan, Stanislav Yarushin, Anna Khilkevich and Alexander Martynov. This sequel is plainly made for the faithful: a newcomer will miss half the jokes, but anyone who grew up on the original Univer gets exactly what they came for — the grown-up versions of characters they know by heart.
