Ulyotnyy Ekipazh (2018) is a Russian workplace comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Marius Weisberg. Pilot Lyosha Kulagin has always believed women have no business behind the controls — a conviction he now has to live with after agreeing to leave cargo planes for a passenger airline where his new co-pilot is exactly that.

Her name is Polina Ovechkina, she finished top of her class at flight school, and she is perfectly aware that Kulagin is already plotting her removal. The rest of the crew at Vostorg Avia is not exactly welcoming either. Yana Kraynova and Alexei Chadov lead the cast through a collision of two equally stubborn personalities, and the show earns its laughs by refusing to make either side simply wrong.
