The Ugly Dachshund

The Ugly Dachshund (1966) is a Walt Disney live-action comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Norman Tokar. Fran finds Brutus mortifying. Jim sees a potential show-ring champion and quietly draws up a plan to prove it. The whole film runs on a single comic premise and executes it cleanly: there is no funnier creature than a very large animal that has no idea how large it is.
