Raymond owned clubs, magazines and a chunk of central London, building a fortune on striptease, pornography and property that made him the wealthiest man in Britain. The film tracks roughly thirty years of his life, from the early revue stages to a vast, hollow mansion where the money no longer means a thing. Anna Friel, Imogen Poots and Tamsin Egerton play the women he loved and let down, but the heart of it is his bond with daughter Debbie — and what the family pays for all that glitter.
