Synopsis

Laila is a lawyer who smokes, drinks and apologizes to no one. Salma cooks in a restaurant kitchen and hides from her devout parents that she loves a woman. Nour, a quiet student in a hijab, moves in and runs straight into a fiancé who treats her studies and her flatmates as a threat. Hamoud lets the three of them simply live, then shows what choosing for yourself actually costs.
