Synopsis
Pink Floyd: Pulse (1995) is a Pink Floyd concert film you can watch online on iFILM. It was shot on 20 October 1994 at London's Earls Court arena, closing out the Division Bell tour.
For two-plus hours it's David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Richard Wright at the peak of their live powers, backed by a vast circular screen, lasers and a pig floating over the crowd. The night's centerpiece is The Dark Side of the Moon played in full, from the first heartbeat to the last. "Wish You Were Here" and "Comfortably Numb" — with that long, aching guitar coda — are here too.
David Mallet, the band's longtime video director, shot it, so the picture moves with the music instead of just pointing at the stage. It's the record of Pink Floyd's final major tour — no Roger Waters, but all the trademark scale. Essential for fans, an easy way in for newcomers. Stream Pink Floyd: Pulse (1995) online on iFILM.
