Synopsis
Muse: Simulation Theory (2020) is a concert film from British rock band Muse that you can watch online on iFILM. Shot at London's O2 Arena in September 2019, it folds a live show into a sci-fi storyline about a paranormal anomaly spreading across the globe.
Matthew Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Chris Wolstenholme perform against neon-soaked eighties visuals while a team of scientists onscreen hunts for the source of the disturbance. Director Lance Drake smears the line between gig and movie — lasers, video panels and stage design turn the set into a supernatural spectacle, the most theatrical staging of the band's career.
