Sick of It (2018) is a British dark comedy series from Sky One you can watch online on iFILM. Karl Pilkington — best known from An Idiot Abroad — wrote the show himself and plays Karl, a middle-aged London cab driver freshly dumped by the girlfriend he'd been with for years.

Karl lives with his elderly aunt and spends most of his time quietly fed up with everything around him. His only real confidant is a doppelgänger version of himself that only he can see.
