TV-PGSeason 10
Smeg Head!
Synopsis
Red Dwarf (1988), Season 10 is the Dave channel sci-fi sitcom you can watch online on iFILM — six episodes and the show's first full series since 1999. The battered mining ship is still drifting three million years from home.
The crew hasn't changed. Last human Dave Lister, the hologram Rimmer, mechanoid Kryten and the vain descendant of a cat keep blundering into trouble. They board the abandoned SS Trojan and pick up its distress call, get stranded in 23 AD beside a famously bearded historical figure, and Lister has to work out how to be his own father. Kryten and Cat end up quantum entangled, doomed to mirror each other's every move. By the final episode a Simulant War Cruiser has them cornered, and their entire arsenal is two forks and a pencil sharpener.
Doug Naylor brought back the studio audience and the daft British wordplay fans had missed for thirteen years. If you rate a smart space comedy over straight sci-fi, this run is squarely aimed at you. Stream Red Dwarf Season 10 online on iFILM.
