Charlie arrives in Bucharest trailing visions and bad luck. He falls for Gabi, a cellist whose ex-husband Nigel still considers her his property — and Nigel has people who handle problems quietly. Rupert Grint, Till Schweiger and Aubrey Plaza fill out a supporting cast that gives the film its off-kilter texture; the city itself feels half real, half hallucination.
