Synopsis
The Order of Time (L'ordine del tempo, 2023) is an Italian drama from director Liliana Cavani that you can watch online on iFILM. A handful of old friends meet at a seaside villa for a birthday dinner. Then word arrives: something is hurtling toward Earth, and the night may be their last.
A few hours left, maybe. It's enough to strip everyone bare. The characters played by Ksenia Rappoport, Claudia Gerini, Edoardo Leo and Alessandro Gassmann start saying the things they've buried for years — affairs, grudges, roads not taken. Cavani keeps the camera close to the house and the terrace, letting faces and conversation carry the whole film.
