Synopsis
Five Kopecks (Pyat Kopeek, 2024) is a Russian crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Decades ago, a car-plant mechanic stashed several kilos of someone else's gold inside the very first Zhiguli sedans, then vanished. The hoard sat forgotten for fifty years.
Now a mismatched bunch of strangers catches wind of it, and those rusting Soviet "kopecks" suddenly matter more than any luxury import. The race is on to crack which of six cars hides the treasure. Director Alexander Nazarov keeps the tone light and roguish, letting greed play for laughs rather than menace, with Sonya Priss, Nikita Volkov and Roman Kurtsyn leading the chase.
