Synopsis
Two Tickets to Greece (Les Cyclades, 2023) is a French comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM. Blandine and Magalie were inseparable as teenagers, then drifted apart for two decades. A chance reunion revives an old promise: to finally sail out to the Cyclades together.
Laure Calamy plays Magalie as loud, broke and gloriously impulsive, ready to chase the sun with no plan at all. Olivia Côte is her buttoned-up, list-making friend, for whom paradise keeps collapsing into small disasters. Across ferries, cheap hotels and sun-baked beaches, the two discover that a shared childhood isn't quite enough to survive each other as adults. Kristin Scott Thomas turns up along the way.
Director Marc Fitoussi keeps the touch light but lets the edges show — under the salty jokes sits an honest look at how people change and whether they forgive themselves for the lives they didn't lead.
