Synopsis

Legend of the Red Dragon (1994) is a Hong Kong action film starring Jet Li that you can watch online on iFILM. Director Wong Jing reworks the folk tale of the Shaolin hero Hung Hei-gun.

After a warlord's troops burn his village and kill his wife, the warrior Kwun grabs his infant son and takes to the road. He hires on as a bodyguard, brawls his way across China, stumbles into a city of ghosts and meets a female fighter who matches him blow for blow. Their real job: protect five young boys whose backs are tattooed with a map to a hidden fortune.

This is peak-era Hong Kong wirework — fast-motion kung fu, fighters floating over rooftops, and a revenge plot that keeps tipping into slapstick.
