Love Songs (Les Chansons d'amour, 2007) is a French musical drama by Christophe Honoré that you can watch online on iFILM. Louis Garrel, Ludivine Sagnier and Chiara Mastroianni play three young Parisians whose romantic arrangement quietly expands beyond the usual — until a sudden loss reshapes everything around it.

The film splits into three chapters, each with a different emotional key. Ismael and Julie share an apartment and a life; Alice drifts in and the trio forms something undefined. Then Honoré pulls a narrative thread and lets the rest unravel. Grief doesn't look cinematic here — it looks like a young man standing in the street not knowing which way to walk. Julie's sister and a college student both orbit Ismael, each offering a different version of what comes next.

Honoré structured the whole thing as a homage to the French musical comedies of the 1960s, with lyrics by Alex Beaupain sung on Paris sidewalks, no preamble.
